  • Delivery Process

    It takes approximately 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.

    Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page on our website to check order status.

    Due to the current Covid-19, you may experience short delivery delays, but please be assured that your order will still be sent to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

    Please note that US customers from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands will take 15-25 days for standard shipping and 10-13 days for expedited shipping.

    If you wish to ship to a PO BOX, the delivery time will be approx. 11 to 21 days, the policy applied to all countries. Therefore, we recommend you fill up your shipping address with specific places instead of a PO BOX to get your package in a desirable time.

    If you have filled in your address incorrectly, please contact customer service support@fanka.com immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
