Returns and exchanges policy
Online purchases made through Fanka are free for return or exchange within 30 days from the date you’ve received all your item(s). Items must be unwashed and unaltered, come with all original packaging. The original shipping cost are non-refundable.
For customers from the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom, we'll mail you a prepaid return label once your return request is approved. If you are in other countries, please contact us at support@fanka.com.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Step 1: Contact us at support@fanka.com with your order number.
Step 2: We will reach out with instructions once we receive your request.
Step 3: Place your item(s) into the original packaging.
Step 4: Deliver your package to a certified shipping carrier. Be sure to get a receipt and tracking code.
How to issue a refund or exchange after I return the items?
Refund or exchange will be available as soon as your return is received and processed..
For a refund, the processing time will depend on the payment method that you used for your order. PayPal refunds take up to 3 business days to process. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to process.
For an exchange, it will take up to 3 business days to arrange the shipment of the replacement item. Once shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking.
